Stock Levels
We try to keep stock levels indicated on the product page. These are updated on an as needs basis and as such there may be a rare occasion where the stock has already been purchased by customers before we can update our stock record online. If this is the case then we will contact you. See payment terms below.

Payments Terms.
Payment can be made through the website (www.TowBox.uk) using most major debit or credit cards.
Your payment will be pre-authorised by your bank and no money will be taken from your account until the stock has been confirmed. (Should there be an issue with your order we will contact you before taking payment.)

Due to security, we can only accept online payments. We are unable to accept over-the-phone orders or cash payments.

We use third-party payment gateways to process the payment. This is the safest way to process the payment and provides both ourselves and you with a reliable and secure way of processing the payment and preventing fraudulent transactions from taking place.

We use HTTPS (Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure.) a protocol where encrypted HTTP data is transferred over a secure connection. This combined with the LLC certification ensures your information is processed confidentially.

VAT and import costs are paid by ourselves and are included within the product price.
VAT invoices are available, if you do not automatically receive one then please contact us and we will be pleased to forward to you.

Order processing.
Orders are processed on working days (Monday to Friday) between the hours of 9am and 5pm.
We reserve the right to cancel or not process orders at our discretion. If your order is cancelled or has failed processed you will receive an email or phone call to let you know.

TowBox Delivery.
Normally TowBoxes take around 6 or 7 working days to deliver to you.

Please be aware that the TowBox will be delivered in large heavy-duty cardboard packaging. It will need two people to move and will be too large to fit through a standard household doorway. (Once unpacked it will fit through a standard 32” household door.) The courier may need assistance to lift off the lorry when delivering.

Dispatch of Products
Until the product is dispatched there will be no contract of purchase. This gives us the right to cancel the order, without reason, and you the right to cancel the order on a change of mind basis. The product is deemed as dispatched if all of the dispatch processes have been completed by ourselves, the supplier, and the courier.

Late Delivery.
Should your product not arrive within the timescale we have suggested then please contact us and we will chase this up with the courier. Please note: we are unable to accept any responsibility for products that are not delivered within our specified delivery times, which are out of our control.

Cancellation of Order.

If you wish to cancel an order this must be done before the order has been processed and despatched for delivery. Please contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel the order. Once the order has been processed and dispatched we are unable to cancel the order and you would need to return the product under the ‘change of mind’ protocol. (See further information below)

Change of Mind Returns
Complying with the ‘Sale of Goods Act’ we are more than willing to accept returns on a change of mind basis. Please read the following if you want to return a product under the change of mind policy:

1. Change of Mind returns can only be applied within 14 days of receiving the product
2. To initiate a Change of Mind return please contact us by emailing customerservice@towbox.uk
3. The TowBox must be unused and in its original packaging. (If the TowBox is returned with signs of use then the refund will take account of any damage.)
4. The customer must pay for the return shipping. (we recommend insurance in case the TowBox gets damaged during its return journey.
5. Once the TowBox has been received and checked then, providing it is unused and undamaged then a refund will be processed to the original payment method
6. The product must be returned to the following address:

Warranty Claims:
For a claim under the manufacturer warranty please contact us at customercare@towbox.uk
Include your reason for the warranty claim and send any supporting images. We will then initiate the claim with TowCar/Aragon and resolve the claim under the warranty terms and conditions as outlined in the product guarantee that is included with the product.
Returns Under if the product arrives damaged. Please contact us directly by emailing customercare@towbox.uk Please include a detailed description of the damage and images showing any damage to the product.

Information Accuracy
Product descriptions are published using information supplied by the manufacturer. Please make sure you have read the product specification before placing an order.

Prices are published to be as accurate as possible. Incorrect pricing mistakes and inaccuracies will result in the order being cancelled by ourselves with the order not being processed. A full refund will be processed by the customer’s bank. (This can take up to three working days, depending on your bank. Product image colours may vary slightly due to the device settings on which they are being viewed on.

Terms of Use
The product is offered to you conditioned upon your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions and notices obtained.
The product must only be used for its designed purpose. We accept no responsibility for damage, injury, or expenses occurring from the misuse or from use that is not in accordance with the manufacturer’s product instructions. The safe and legal use of the product is fully the responsibility of the buyer. We accept no responsibility for 3rd party claims for damages or injury caused by irresponsible or misuse of the product.  The product must be used in accordance with local and national road traffic laws. This includes the safe loading of the product, the use of a legal rear number plate, and the working of rear lighting. We accept no claims for instances where the user has not complied with legal use, however, this has been caused. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that if necessary their insurance company has been informed about any changes that are not covered by their insurance policy.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure their tow bar and towing electrics are in good order and are compatible with the product. This includes ensuring that the nose weight of the vehicle and tow bar is within the tolerances needed to use the product. Any damage resulting from the use of a tow bar that is not correctly fitted, where the vehicle has rust or damage to the tow bar mounting points, where the nose weight is exceeded, where there is a fault within the tow bar wiring, where the tow bar wiring does not work with LED lighting or where the TowBox is overloaded.

Personal Information Security and Usage.
We take the security of customers’ details very seriously. All personal identifying information is kept in accordance with regulations as instructed by the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO)  Your personal information will only be used with your agreement.
We only pass on your personal information to third parties in order to fulfil order processing and delivery. Only the information needed to complete their job is provided, no additional information is communicated to third parties.

Modification of Terms and Conditions
We, TowBox UK reserve the right to change or alter the terms and conditions at any time without reason.

Force Majeure.
We shall not be responsible for any failure to fulfil our obligations hereunder due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation acts or omissions of government or military authority, acts of God, shortages of materials, transportation delays, fires, floods, diseases, labour disturbances, riots, or wars provided that it gives prompt notice to the other of its invocation of this provision and make diligent efforts to resume its performance despite such force majeure. For purpose of clarification, the Customer acknowledges, in the event that recommendations are issued by: TowBox UK’’s parent company “Ultimate Towbar Systems Limited”
